2. What CashiPro Does

CashiPro operates a peer-to-peer (P2P) exchange platform allowing verified users to buy and sell USDT against Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The PKR leg of every trade settles directly between users via their own bank or mobile-wallet accounts. CashiPro does not hold, process, or transmit PKR on your behalf, and is not a party to your trade beyond providing the platform and escrow mechanism described in Section 6.

CashiPro may also offer a Direct Exchange facility (Section 7), where CashiPro itself, rather than another user, is the counterparty, and may in the future enable additional features (such as broader crypto trading) which — where not yet active — remain visible only as a preview until formally launched; use of any such feature is separately subject to these Terms once it goes live.

3. Eligibility & Verification

You must be at least 18 years old and a Pakistan resident to use CashiPro. Before you can deposit, trade, or withdraw, you must complete identity verification (KYC), including a live camera capture of a valid government-issued ID and a liveness check. We may reject or request additional verification at our discretion, and may request re-verification at any time.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any two-factor authentication method confidential. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You may not open more than one account, use another person's account, or transfer your account to anyone else.

5. Wallet, Deposits & Withdrawals

Your CashiPro wallet shows an Available Balance and a Locked Balance; the two together make up your Total Balance. USDT committed to an open P2P order is moved from Available to Locked and is not usable elsewhere until the order completes, is cancelled, or is refunded.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a withdrawal is broadcast to the network, CashiPro cannot cancel, reverse, or recover it. Always double-check the network and address before confirming a withdrawal.

6. How P2P Trades & Escrow Work

When a P2P order is created, the seller's USDT is held in Escrow on the Platform. It is released to the buyer only after the seller confirms receipt of the PKR payment, an action that requires a one-time code sent to the seller's own verified email. Neither party may release or reclaim escrowed funds outside this process.

7. Direct Exchange

Where enabled, Direct Exchange lets you buy or sell USDT directly with CashiPro at a rate CashiPro sets and may change at any time. Unlike P2P trades, CashiPro itself is your counterparty for a Direct Exchange trade, and Section 6's escrow mechanism does not apply — the trade settles per the rate and limits shown to you at the time you confirm it. CashiPro may pause, limit, or disable Direct Exchange (for either buying or selling USDT) at any time.

8. Payment Accounts & Bank Account Guidance

You must nominate a Pakistani bank or mobile-wallet account in your own verified name for settling trades. We strongly recommend using a bank account that has not previously been used on other virtual asset exchanges or trading platforms.

Why this matters: a payment account with prior activity on other platforms carries a higher risk of a chargeback or dispute being raised against it for reasons connected to that other platform — a "chained" dispute you did not cause on CashiPro but that can still freeze or affect the account. You are solely responsible for disputes arising from your account's history on other platforms.

Where a genuine payment dispute arises specifically from a payment you made from your own bank account during a CashiPro trade, we commit to investigating and resolving the matter within 24 hours, and where warranted, returning the affected funds to you from CashiPro's own resources while the underlying dispute with your bank or payment provider is resolved. This commitment applies to disputes connected to your use of CashiPro; it does not extend to disputes arising from your account's prior, unrelated use elsewhere.

9. Merchant Accounts

Higher-volume users may apply for Merchant status, which requires additional verification, a refundable USDT security deposit, and separate administrator approval. Merchant status may be suspended or revoked for policy violations, manipulative conduct, or repeated disputes. Where a merchant account is disabled while a security deposit is still held, the merchant may request its refund; unresolved refund requests should be raised through Support.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a buyer says payment was sent and a seller says it was not received, either party may open a dispute on the order. Once a dispute is opened:

  1. The order's escrowed USDT remains locked and cannot be released by either party unilaterally.
  2. Both parties may be asked to submit evidence — payment screenshots, bank/transaction references, or other supporting documents — through the order's dispute screen.
  3. An administrator reviews the order's chat history, submitted evidence, and account history, and may contact either party for more information.
  4. CashiPro decides, at its reasonable discretion based on the evidence, whether to release the escrowed USDT to the buyer or return it to the seller.
  5. CashiPro's decision on a dispute is final. Repeated bad-faith dispute filings may result in account restrictions.

11. Ratings & Reputation

After a completed order, the buyer may rate the merchant. A merchant's rating, completion rate, and order history are visible to other users to help them choose a trading partner, and may affect a merchant's standing or eligibility to continue operating an active advertisement.

12. Referral Program

Where CashiPro offers a referral program, rewards are calculated and credited according to the program's published terms at the time (for example, a percentage of a referred user's first deposit, or a bonus after a number of successful referrals). CashiPro may change referral terms, pause the program, or decline a reward where referral activity appears fraudulent or self-referential (e.g. referring your own second account).

13. Prohibited Use

14. Fees

CashiPro charges a platform fee on completed P2P trades, and may charge network fees on withdrawals reflecting real blockchain transfer costs. Applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm an order, trade, or withdrawal. Fees may change; changes will be reflected on the Platform before they take effect.

15. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency prices are volatile and can change significantly in a short period. Trading, holding, or transferring USDT involves risk of loss. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether trading cryptocurrency is appropriate for you.

CashiPro does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. Nothing on the Platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

16. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your use of CashiPro, including on trading gains. CashiPro does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for your tax obligations.

17. Intellectual Property

The CashiPro name, logo, platform design, and underlying software are the property of CashiPro (SMC-Private) Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission.

18. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close your account where required by law, where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, or following a sanctions-screening match. Where your account is frozen pending a compliance review, we will not disclose the specific reason if doing so is prohibited by law. You may request closure of your own account at any time through Support, subject to settlement of any open orders and applicable record-retention requirements.

19. Limitation of Liability

CashiPro provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashiPro is not liable for losses arising from blockchain network issues, wallet or private-key mismanagement on your part, market volatility, your own security failures, or your dealings with a trade counterparty outside the escrow mechanism described in Section 6.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CashiPro, its officers, and employees harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

21. Force Majeure

CashiPro is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet or blockchain network outages, natural disasters, war, government action, or third-party service failures.

22. Notices

We may send you notices relevant to your account by email, in-app notification, or push notification to a device you have registered. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current so you receive important notices.

23. General Provisions

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute not resolved directly will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
